When you receive a transcript from us, you can open the Word document and you’ll notice that the Bible verses are listed twice. The first time the Bible verses appear is in a normal paragraph. The second time it appears is with indents. Here is an example below.
Why on earth did we do it this way? A legitimate question.
First, you may misread the Bible and we didn’t want to put quotation marks around such mistakes.
Second, some preachers may want to go on a tangent in the middle of reading a verse (e.g. explaining the meaning of the original Hebrew or Greek word) so we didn’t want to put quotation marks around these verbal riffs.
We recommend putting the Bible verses within a WordPress block quote. It just looks nicer. You’ll thank us.
